Key Responsibilities Include:
Litigating with or against the insurance companies. This is comparable to playing chess. You have to understand what your opponent is thinking, anticipating their every move, when to counter, all while moving your pieces into place, knowing how to play the game.
Manage files for litigation matters working one-on-one with other attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, law clerks, and office staff, all of which are highly motivated, charismatic, warriors, ready for battle and call of duty at a moment’s notice.
Preparation and review of voluminous legal documents. Every attorney’s dream come true, but part of the process.
Preparation and attendance at mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials. Put your best sneakers on because “Baby We Were Born to Run”.
Interact with clients, referral sources, opposing counsel, adjusters, and anyone else that will help you succeed in bringing your cases to a successful outcome. “You have the Power
