As a paralegal at Larry Moskowitz, PA | WindyLaw.com, your job is to keep your attorney organized, informed, and strategically ready for war. Whether it is preparing motions, coordinating depositions, mediations, and hearings, problem-solving, handling clients and their paperwork, discovery preparation, and preparing to go to trial (yes I said trial, we are “real” trial attorneys at this firm), you are the primary support person for your attorney(s). You are the one that makes the wheels turn.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Manage files for litigation matters working one-on-one with attorneys, all of which are highly motivated, charismatic, warriors, ready for battle and call of duty at a second’s notice. You are their cheerleader, there to keep up the momentum and kick them in the pants to keep moving if necessary.
· Intake and organization of voluminous production documents, every paralegal’s favorite part of the job but just part of it. Totally the non-glamorous part of the position.
· Preparation of materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. There is that trial word again, and yes we really do it.
· Assist attorney(s) with prioritization of workload based on deadlines. Yes, we all know attorneys (s) are easily distracted, it is your job to keep them razor-focused.
· Preparation and filing of legal documents with the Court
· An ability to assist with the creation of processes and love the processes
Job Description
· The ability to move at the speed of lightening and work in a fast-paced environment
· Not low, not medium, but HIGH attention to detail and out –of-the-box thinking skills
· A keen sense of urgency/time management relating to all duties. Like your planner is your best friend and so is your Outlook and case management software
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You need to know how to talk good. Just kidding. But seriously.
· Flexibility in wearing many hats and putting on an academy award acting performance. Come on!! You know you want to be famous!!
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, creating reports and presentations
